Jaundice represents one of the symptom of liver maltunctioning in which bile is not Excreted properly. Skin and eyes tum yellow due to the excess accumulation of bile pigments in the blood
Dysentery is the inflammatory disorder of intestine, especially of the colon, resulting in severe diarrhoea containing biood and mucus in the faeces, abdominal pain and fever.
